A Pop-Up wine bar, from our friend and sommelier Zach Geballe.

Nestled in the residential enclave of Upper Queen Anne in Seattle, we find DisGorged. The creative musings of a local wine-guy take shape on a menu of familiar and adventurous wine offerings. Zach Geballe is the mastermind, planting his feet in the Bite Box space up the hill from Seattle Pacific University. The cozy venue is great for an intimate venue, inspiring conversations with old and new friends at the next table.

The menu offers wines by the glass, bottle selections, and the unique bonus of blind-wines by the glass. The latter option is a natural choice for any connoisseur or industry vet. Food choices are light, including various cheeses and nibbles, countered by homemade Macarons from Zach’s wife Kaitlyn, in multiple flavors.

DisGorged happens each Tuesday evening, from 4:30-9:30pm.
