Champagne and seafood, what could be better? We welcome 6th generation winemaker Cyril Bonnet to Seattle for a party with bubbles and bites.

Champagne Pop-Up with Winemaker Cyril Bonnet
A collaboration with Medium Plus and Vinnie’s Raw Bar, we are featuring the wonderful wines of Champagne Bonnet-Ponson. Winemaker Cyril Bonnet has made a special trip from France for the event, and will be showing the wine along with Master Sommelier Nick Davis of Medium Plus.
Drop in between 7pm and 9pm, to try the bubbles and some wonderfully fresh seafood. No fee for admission, with wine by-the-glass and food available for purchase. Bottles will be available to-go as well.

Featured Wines:
– Extra Brut “Cuvée Perpétuelle“. Aged four years on lees, a blend of 2014 with a solera-style reserve blend. Rich, toasty, and complex, with a round mouthfeel.
– Brut Nature “Seconde Nature“. Made without the use of added sugar, sulfur, or filtration, this lean and elegant wine is all about the purity of vivacious fruit.
Food menu includes oysters on the half-shell, crab sliders, prawn cocktails, and for the true specialist, the “seafood tower“.
