Aged White Wine Comparative

Format: Comparative. Each participant brings a wine, which is poured in a blind flight of 5-wines. Rountable style, each person tastes through one wine out loud in front of the group, with a 3-minute time limit. Following their conclusion, each person around the table adds a tasting note for that wine, then says their conclusion on the wine in as second rotation around the table.
